  1. To comply with a legal obligation, for example: to report and respond to queries raised by regulatory authorities, law enforcement and other government agencies such as Bank of Ghana.

We may also retain certain elements of your Data for a period after you close your account for our legitimate operations such as record keeping and to comply with our legal obligations.
